Typically, our employees receive a permanent employment contract.
After the end of the probationary period, the employee is entitled to deferred compensation into a company pension scheme, which is subsidised by Pajunk.
We offer our employees 30 days of holiday with a 5-day week. In addition, all employees have a choice of different and flexible working time models (special regulations apply to our dual students & interns). Through time recording, it is possible for employees to build up and use flexitime.
Usually, holiday and Christmas bonuses are paid in proportion to the length of employment.
In the following cases, our employees are granted special leave: one day for their own marriage, for relocation in favour of the company, for the birth of their own child and for first-degree deaths.
From a commute of 20 km, our employees receive a monthly allowance.
Our employees receive allowances for necessary professional clothing.
We offer annual trainee excursions. In addition, our trainees and students receive financial benefits if they graduate with a grade of "good" or "very good".
