Join our team immediately at our headquarter in Geisingen (Germany) as a Purchasing Specialist.

Your tasks:

  • Obtain and compare quotes and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
  • Ensure product availability in conjunction with work preparation and warehouse departments.
  • Create and maintain article masters, including prices, in the ERP system
  • Ongoing monitoring of supplier delivery performance, quality and stability
  • Implement internal quality policies and handle supplier complaints

  • Send reminders to suppliers when delivery dates are exceeded

     

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training with further training as a business economist or comparable qualification
  • Ideally 2-3 years of work experience in purchasing
  • Independent work style with strong cost awareness
  • Experience with ERP systems

  • Good written and spoken English skills
