Join our team immediately at our headquarter in Geisingen (Germany) as a Production Engineer Production Optimisation.

Your tasks:

  • Process optimization: analyzing and optimizing existing processes to increase efficiency, quality and flexibility in production
  • Digitalization: Introducing digital solutions and technologies to modernize production processes
  • Lean management: applying lean management principles to continuously improve production processes
  • Construction projects: Coordination of new construction and remodeling projects in production

  • Internal coordination: Supporting production management and acting as a liaison to ensure that the needs of all areas involved are taken into account

     

Your profile:

  • Completed technical studies or comparable training as a technician/master craftsman, preferably in the fields of production engineering, medical technology or mechanical engineering
  • Ideally 2-3 years of work experience, entry-level positions are also welcome
  • Experience of lean methods is an advantage
  • Creativity and motivation to analyze and eliminate defects
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness

  • Very good knowledge of German
