Join our team immediately at our headquarter in Geisingen (Germany) as a Production Engineer Automation.

Your tasks:

  • Analyze, plan and coordinate production processes efficiently
  • Develop, evaluate and assess existing and new production processes
  • Analyze workforce utilization, staffing requirements and associated costs to inform management decisions
  • Apply statistical methods to estimate future production needs and potential
  • Develop new solutions to existing manufacturing problems
  • Apply product design and assembly expertise to the manufacturing process
  • Develop standardized design criteria across product lines
  • Transferring new developments to series production and defining the necessary design criteria with the special machinery department
  • Forward-looking project management
  • Apply the Quality Management Manual

     

Your profile:

  • Degree in Engineering (Bachelor or Master)
  • Experience as a production engineer or in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of tooling, jig design and manufacturing methodology
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Project management skills and experience
  • High-quality awareness
  • Understanding of safety and environmental standards
  • Team and communication skills
