Join our team immediately at our location in the USA as a Head of Quality / Regulatory.

Your tasks:

  • Liaison with top management
  • To lead and to take the responsibility for the Quality Management and Regulatory teams
  • Further development of the existing Quality Management system to ensure compliance with requirements for US product approvals
  • Ensure that the Quality Management system meets all necessary requirements to market products in the USA
  • Responsible for all operational processes such as change management, design process, risk management, supplier qualification, validations, and CAPA management

     

Your profile:

  • Degree in engineering, science or in a related field with experience in quality management
  • Project management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, team spirit and transformational leadership style
  • Strong knowledge of US medical device regulatory requirements
  • Ability to present and communicate complex issues in a structured and understandable manner
  • Commitment, initiative, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to the changing needs of an ambitious organization
  • Very good written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to spend several years abroad at our plant in Atlanta, USA and related experience
