Join our team immediately at our headquarter in Geisingen (Germany) as a Deputy Head of Instrument Assembly Department.

Your tasks:

  • Assisting the Head of Department to ensure the correct, smooth and effective production process
  • Operational planning, scheduling and control of equipment and production resources
  • Continuously improve and monitor defined processes
  • Checking and ensuring the operational status of systems
  • Ensuring defined quality specifications, such as continuous in-process controls
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Liaise closely with the Head of Department
  • Training and induction of staff and regular feedback meetings
  • Support the integration of new production technologies
  • Reviewing and ensuring the operational status of systems and safety standards

     

Your profile:

  • Proven professional experience as a deputy head of department or in a relevant management position
  • Leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions
  • Knowledge and experience of the medical device industry
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • service-oriented team player
