Join our team immediately at our headquarter in Geisingen (Germany) as a Clean Room Shift Supervisor.

Your tasks:

  • Plan the deployment of staff within shifts and manage your subordinates professionally
  • Set up, maintain and monitor machinery and equipment
  • Planning and requesting production materials and supplies
  • Participate in process optimization and the preparation of test and work instructions

  • Responsibility for compliance with operating and work instructions and all hygiene and quality standards

     

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training or initial work experience as a team/shift leader, ideally in a medical environment
  • Experience of machine utilization and capacity planning
  • High quality awareness
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy leading people
  • Willingness to work in shifts (2 shifts)
