Join our team immediately at our headquarter in Geisingen (Germany) as a Clean Room Quality Assurance Employee.

Your tasks:

  • Comprehensive quality assurance tasks in the clean room production of medical devices in alternating early/late shifts.
  • Dimensional, functional, and visual inspection of individual parts, assembled components, and finished products using various measuring and testing systems, including documentation of results.
  • Independent clarification of technical details and coordination with internal interfaces
  • Preparation of test plans and test reports
  • Train employees in various test activities
  • Support and contact person for the production area in all quality matters
  • Handling of internal complaints, including the initiation and tracking of corrective and preventive measures for the sustainable improvement of processes
  • Provide project-related support to the Quality Management and Development departments
  • Participation in the development of the Babtec® CAQ system.

     

Your profile:

  • Technical education or several years of comparable experience
  • Expertise in quality assurance, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment
  • Rational root cause analysis; analytical thinking
  • Experience with various test and measurement methods
  • High level of quality awareness
  • Expertise in the interaction of manufacturing and assembly processes
